Members and Attenders of ACC:

I want to keep you informed of some upcoming changes at our church and ask for your prayers as we face a time of transition.

Brad Wade, the worship director at our 11:15 service, will be moving with his family to Portland, OR in July. We are grateful for Brad’s years of faithful service as a worship director and as an elder at our church. Brad and Angela have been an integral part of ACC since the very beginning of our church and have been a blessing to us all. We are excited for what God has planned for them in this next season of their lives.

On Sunday, June 30, following the 11:15 service, we will have a reception in honor of Brad and Angela. More information will be announced in coming weeks. I hope you can come.

The pastors and elders are still working on plans for worship leadership in Brad’s absence. Please keep us in prayer as we seek God’s wisdom and direction.

We will keep you informed as more details unfold about this transition.

Yours in Christ,

J. David Ellis, Senior Pastor

Members and Attenders of ACC:

As you’ve been informed, Brad Wade, the worship director at our 11:15 service, will be moving with his family to Portland, Oregon in July. We want to keep you informed of our progress toward finding new worship leadership for the second service.

On Sundays this summer, between July 7 and September 1, we will have only one worship service at 10:30AM. On some Sundays it will be closer to the style of the early worship service and on others more like the second service. (This will be a great chance to meet people you may not know from the service you don’t normally attend.) On Sunday, September 8, we will return to our two-service format on Sunday mornings.

Joshua Brandenburg has graciously offered to help with leading music through the end of September, but his work schedule is too full to continue in that role beyond that time. So, we are praying and seeking for someone to provide music leadership to the 11:15 service beginning in October. Please join us in praying.

We will keep you updated throughout this time of transition. As always, I welcome your thoughts and suggestions.

There will be a farewell reception for Brad and Angela Wade following the second worship service on June 30. Seating will be limited, so make sure to register at https://www.eventbrite.com/e/wade-family-farewell-lunch-tickets-62642837413

Yours in Christ,

J. David Ellis, Senior Pastor
