Come learn more about Safe Families for Children at their Volunteer Training. This training serves as both an introduction to the Safe Families model as well as the required training for the Family Friend role.

Safe Families is a volunteer-driven ministry with the goal of keeping kids safe and families intact. They organize vetted and trained volunteers from local churches to offer individualized support for families in crisis. Their aim is to offer a broad community of support to those in our city who may need assistance and/or have limited resources.

There are a variety of volunteer roles to come alongside overwhelmed families. The roles are flexible and volunteers can offer support according to their skills, interests, and availability.

Learn more about SFFC and consider becoming a Family Friend.  Snacks and drinks provided.
