Fall Community Groups at ACC

The next round of ACC Community Groups will take place this fall, starting the week of September 11 and running for 10 weeks. We have groups meeting on different days of the week and using a variety of formats: Zoom, in-person, and hybrid.
If you have never been part of Community Group, I encourage you to give one a try. CGs are small groups that meet regularly (usually weekly) for Bible study, prayer, and Christian friendship. CGs are led by members of ACC who facilitate the Bible discussion and prayer time. Many people have formed lasting friendships and encountered God in moving ways by participating in a Community Group.
This autumn we are offering a couple of specialty groups: a women’s group studying the 10 Commandments and a mom’s group working through a great Christian book. We also have several groups in which participants will study the week’s sermon text, digging deeply together into each passage. This fall the sermons will work through key passages of 1 & 2 Timothy and 2 Thessalonians (generally following the Epistle Readings from the Lectionary).
