Seeking Roommate

For the past 1.5 years, I've been in living in an Astoria apartment with a roommate. I'm planning to move out of NYC in February 2012. My move-out date will be Sunday, 2/19/2012, or Monday, 2/20/2012, so my roommate will need a new person to come into my room. Here is a bit about our apt:
- 2 bedroom apt in Astoria
- clean and well-kept building
- rent one bedroom at $775, and one-month security deposit
- on the 4th floor of a walk-up
- only 1.5 blocks from the N/Q station (Broadway stop) -- it's a GREAT location in a great neighborhood!
- some furniture (e.g. a twin bed frame, mattress, black leather couch) can be bought from me, if needed! :)
- both rooms and the livingroom face manhattan, so the view from the window is amazing (and, because it's on the 4th floor, lots of sunlight!)
- laundry (2 washers and 2 dryers) in the basement
- quiet neighbors -- both single people and families and old folks!
- super lives on the 1st floor

Here is what we're looking for in the new person:
- clean, responsible Christian female
- Move in 2/20 or 2/21, or at the latest, March 1, 2012
